| Co-operation agreement between Sportium and Marca |

Through this collaboration Sportium may communicate its offer to more than 2,700,000 readers of Marca and over 500,000 daily listeners of Radio Marca. The campaining will begin next November 20 and will continue without interruption during the year 2010, including June and July, when will take place 'The World Cup South Africa 2010'. This alliance reinforces Sportium position in the Spanish market; a position that by itself is already good since the company has now more than 90 betting shops and according to the comany forecast will reach 120 in the coming months.
